Registration
To participate in the Eurasian Spelling Bee competition, you must register and pay online before the
closing date. Please note that you need to follow the given deadlines of the registration.
Registrations after specified date and time will not be accepted.

Registration Fee
Learners have until the published closing date to pay the applicable fee.

Refund
No refund is given for the registration fee in case the participant could not attend the spelling bee
for any reason. Only in case of cancellation of the Spelling Bee by the organisers, will the complete
registration fee be refunded.

Categories
There are 6 categories based on the grade of the learner. In Grades Academic Year 2025-2026 

• Bee Level 1:        Grade 1-2
• Bee Level 2:        Grade 3-4
• Bee Level 3:        Grade 5-6
• Bee Level 4:        Grade 7-8
• Bee Level 5:        Grade 9-10
• Bee Level 6:        Grade 11-12
